What does "Original" mean?

An Original phone has all genuine Apple parts and has never been repaired or had parts replaced. It may have very minor surface scratches that are barely visible, but the screen and back glass are free from cracks. All hardware functions work perfectly.

What does "Refurbished" mean?

Refurbished phones have been professionally restored to full working order. They may include non-original replacement parts (screen, battery, back glass) and can show some signs of prior use, but every device is tested and works like new. Refurbished is $50 less than Original across the board.

How fast will my phone ship?

We ship within 1 business day of payment (Monday–Friday). USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground takes 2–5 business days depending on your location. You'll get a tracking number by email when it ships.

Are the phones carrier unlocked?

Each listing clearly states the carrier. Phones listed as 'Unlocked' work with any US carrier (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, etc.). Carrier-locked phones work only with the listed carrier.

Do you check the IMEI?

Yes. Every device is checked with a third-party IMEI verification service before listing. We only sell devices with clean (non-blacklisted) IMEI numbers.

How long will the battery last?

Every phone we ship holds a normal-use charge for a full day. If you ever feel the battery isn't lasting, let us know within the 30-day warranty window and we'll make it right.

Can I return the phone if I'm not satisfied?

Yes — 30-day returns, no questions asked. The phone must be in the same condition as received. We provide a free prepaid return label. Refunds process within 3–5 business days.

Do you offer a warranty?

Every phone comes with a 30-day warranty covering hardware defects. If your phone stops working normally within 30 days (not due to physical damage), we'll repair or replace it at no cost.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) through our secure Stripe checkout. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also accepted.

Do you ship outside the US?

No — we ship to US addresses only (all 50 states + DC). We do not ship internationally.

How do I sell or trade in my phone?

Use our Trade-In page to get an instant quote. Fill out the form, and we'll email you a prepaid shipping label. Once we receive and verify your phone, we pay you within 2 business days.

Are your phones Apple-certified refurbished?

No. We are not affiliated with Apple. Our phones are independently sourced, inspected, and graded by us. We are not an Apple Authorized Service Provider.
