Every phone we sell comes with a 30-day warranty. We stand behind what we sell.
30-Day Warranty
All devices come with a 30-day warranty starting from the date of delivery. If your phone develops a defect or stops working normally within 30 days, contact us and we'll repair it or replace it at no charge.
Covered: Hardware failures, battery defects, screen issues not caused by drops, connectivity problems.
Not covered: Physical damage (drops, cracks), water damage, unauthorized modifications.
30-Day Returns
Changed your mind? No problem. Return any device within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.
- Device must be in the same condition as received
- Include all original packaging and accessories
- Refund processed within 3–5 business days of receipt
- Return shipping is free — we provide a prepaid label
Shipping Policy
Free shipping on all orders via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground. All packages are insured.

- Delivery: 2–5 business days depending on location
- Tracking number emailed when shipped
- Signature required on orders over $500
