Orders

When you buy a phone, checkout is handled by Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through that checkout. We use the order details needed to ship the device to a US address and to handle a return or warranty claim.

Trade-ins

A trade-in request requires your email. Your name is optional. We also store the device details you enter (model, storage, carrier, and condition) and the quote we show you, so we can email a prepaid FedEx label and pay you by bank wire, Zelle, or Venmo after inspection.

After inspection, we ask by email for your payout details: bank wire account details, or your Zelle or Venmo handle. We use them only to pay you for your trade-in.

Analytics and advertising

The site may use Google Analytics, Google Ads, and the Meta Pixel when those tools are enabled. They can set cookies to measure visits and ads. We do not sell your information.
