Buying a phone

• We ship to US addresses only (all 50 states and DC).
• Retail orders ship free. Orders ship within 1 business day (Monday–Friday). Delivery is typically 2–5 business days, and we email a tracking number when the package ships.
• Phones include a 30-day warranty and 30-day returns, as described on the warranty and returns page. Return shipping uses a prepaid label we provide. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receipt.
• Checkout is through Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay).
• We are not an Apple Authorized Service Provider. Phones are inspected and graded by us.

Selling us a phone

• The price on the trade-in page is an estimate based on the model, storage, condition, carrier status, and parts you select. Unlocked is the full quote. Carrier locked is 50% of that. Refurbished parts are $50 less than original.
• After you submit, we email a prepaid FedEx label within 1 business day. The label is not created the moment you submit.
• Sign out of iCloud, turn off Find My iPhone, and factory reset before you ship.
• After we receive and inspect the phone, we pay by bank wire, Zelle, or Venmo within 2 business days. Those are the only payout methods.
• If the phone does not match what you described, we send a revised offer. You can accept it, or we ship the phone back for free.
